courier companies,
customs clearance,

incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns and exchanges must comply with our Return Policy.

General conditions include:

items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition,
original tags and packaging must remain intact,
requests must be submitted within [7 days] of delivery.

The following items may not be eligible for return:

8. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY

For Cash on Delivery orders:

Customers must be available to receive deliveries.
Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of orders may result in account restriction or permanent removal of COD payment option.
