2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

1–2 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been shipped.


3. Delivery Timeframes

UAE Deliveries:

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days

GCC Deliveries (if applicable):

Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or external factors.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight/size
  • Promotions or free shipping campaigns

AseelWear reserves the right to update shipping fees at any time.


5. Cash on Delivery (COD) — if enabled

For COD orders:

  • Customers must be available to receive the order
  • Refusal of delivery may result in account restrictions
  • Repeated failed deliveries may lead to disabling COD option

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via:

  • Email
  • SMS or WhatsApp (if enabled)

You can use this number to track your shipment in real time.


7. Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance (for GCC orders)
  • Peak sale periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

AseelWear is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or external circumstances.


8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur
  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • AseelWear is not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

Couriers may attempt delivery multiple times.

If delivery fails:

  • The order may be returned to us
  • Additional re-delivery fees may apply
  • Refunds may be adjusted after deducting shipping costs

10. International Shipping (if applicable)

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Local regulations

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


11. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
  • We will coordinate with the courier for investigation
  • Resolution depends on courier confirmation

12. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed.
