  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • In original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • Free from perfume, makeup stains, or damage
  • Proof of purchase is required

AseelWear reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or customer handling
  • Custom-made or altered items

Unless the item is defective or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed once per order, subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (depending on eligibility)

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within:

48 hours of delivery

You must provide clear photos of the issue.

In such cases, AseelWear will cover return or replacement costs.


8. Refund Policy (Tap Payments)

All online payments are processed securely through Tap Payments.

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
  • Processing time may take 5–14 business days, depending on your bank

AseelWear is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.


9. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (if applicable)

For Cash on Delivery orders:

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or bank transfer
  • Customers must provide accurate payment details when required
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account restrictions

10. Order Refusal & Abuse Protection

AseelWear reserves the right to:

  • Cancel future orders
  • Disable Cash on Delivery option
  • Restrict or block accounts

in cases of repeated order refusal or misuse of return policies.


11. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval
  4. Follow return instructions provided

Unauthorized returns may be rejected.


12. Inspection & Approval

Returned items will be inspected within:

3–5 business days

Returns may be rejected if:

  • The item shows signs of use
  • The item is damaged by the customer
  • Return conditions are not met

  • Reject frequent or abusive return requests
